Yes. If you wish to terminate the service or choose not to renew it, you must submit a cancellation request before the service expires to avoid the renewal invoice being issued.
You may submit a cancellation request at any time while the service is still active. However, if the service has already expired and the renewal invoice has been generated, the invoice must be paid even if you submit a cancellation request afterward.
